I really enjoyed Japan, there’s a bit of everything from the big city lights of Tokyo to diving into the deep culture of Japan in Kyoto. Sometimes I find that I enjoy a country merely through my view finder, and when I put my camera away, not as much… this was never the case in Japan.
Much love until next time, arigatou gozaimasu
Soulland meets Eric Koston for Nike SB. Follow Eric, Hjalte, Karsten, Hugo, Ville and Oski through Copenhagen’s streets.
We’d like to introduce our good friend and new editor to the blog, Michael Soto – He’s a photo journalist from the Bay Area that we met skateboarding in Venice about 10 years ago and remained close friends ever since. “I like to shoot everything from food to portraits but I primarily shoot street photography, the freedom aspect of it is something Ive always enjoyed & you never know what your going to get in the streets theres always a new image to create.” Keep up with Mike as he travels the world and documents it through photographs right here on the TF website – checkout some of his work below.
